Returns or refunds must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

To exchange, return the item first, then place a new order.

💰 Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–10 business days after inspection.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

  • Custom/personalized products

  • Used/worn items (e.g., underwear, beauty tools)

  • Final sale items

📸 Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order is damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos. We’ll replace or refund your item at no extra cost.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Our fault: We cover return shipping.

  • Change of mind: Customer pays return shipping.

📍 Return Address
Do not ship items to our company address. Contact us for the correct return location.
